For those who have joined, you'll receive an invitation to participate in remote data collection to help us improve the program. The first 40 people who complete a survey will receive an accelerometer, scale, and blood pressure cuff. Should you fully complete all requested activities, you will be eligible to receive a $50 e-gift card.
